Shared Plans explained

If you've been appointed as a Delegate for someone else's plan, their name will appear under your Shared Plans menu. As a Delegate, your access to each section of the plan depends on the permissions set by the plan’s owner:

• Contributor: You can add and edit items in this section, helping the plan owner build and manage their plan.
• Viewer - Now: You can view the items in this section but can't make any changes. This gives you quick and easy access to their plan.
• Viewer - Future: You can only view the items in this section if the plan owner passes away or loses mental capacity. To access their plan, just click the Request button, and we'll help you from there.
• No Access: Items in this section are completely hidden from you.
