All the content in your plan is encrypted and only accessible by you and your chosen delegates.

We can only access your plan's meta-data (data about your data), not the contents of your plan.

Examples of meta-data include whether or not you have added an item to a particular section of your plan. Knowing this will allow us to tailor a personalised set of suggested next steps to help make it easy for you to build your plan.

Many companies will say 'we will never share your data' - which means they probably don't fully understand data protection laws!

Of course, we will never share the contents of your plan, but other personal data will be shared with third parties so that we can provide you with our service.

One example is if you were to send us an email via the help pop-up that you are reading this article on! Since the pop-up is hosted by a third party, we would need to share your name and email address with them so we can help you with your question.
