Future access explained

Future Access is designed to help protect your privacy today, whilst ensuring that important information is accessible to your delegates when they need it most.

Delegates with Future Access to a section of your plan can only view its content if something happens to you, like passing away or losing mental capacity. In that case, your delegate will need to request access from us to view your plan. To protect your privacy, we have safeguards in place, such as requiring a certified copy of a death certificate, to ensure your plan is only shared with your delegates at the right time.
